We’re gearing up for another day of Thursdays on First! Tomorrow will mark the fourth of the summer, and indeed, it’s hard to believe how fast it’s going! It’s been a great year so far. We’ve had a lot of support at our booth, and some heartfelt positive reviews of the paella, empanadas, and sangria. And the good news is that there are still many weeks of festivities ahead!

With all that in mind, we thought we’d share a bit of what we’ve been up to so far. If you’ve been reading the blog, you’ll have seen Chef Bryce’s discussion of paella. We’re also happy to be serving up some great brews: local MN Brau Beer’s Old 56, Breckenridge Brewery’s Agave Wheat, Beanblossom Raspberry Hard Cider, and Deschutes’ Inversion IPA. New this year is the fact that we can now accept credit card payments for purchases over $10 (which has been met with a lot of good cheer, actually!).
