…as we know it? Well, maybe! And maybe not. All we know is that ages ago, the Mayans predicted that the world would end on December 21, 2012. And now, as the seeming end of the world approaches at a rapid pace, it looms large in people’s imaginations across the globe. The Washington Post even published a list of things you need to do before next Friday hits!

Well, as we always do, we’re taking things in stride the best way we know how: by cooking up some good food! And by offering some great beer for the evening.

So, here’s the deal: the world only ends once, right? Let’s celebrate! On December 21st, we’re offering a special four-course tasting menu designed to knock your socks off just in time for the world’s spectacular finale. (The theme? Mayan, of course!)

Chips with Guacamole

Ceviche: calamari, snapper, peppers, and cilantro.

Pork Carnitas with Mole: red waddle swine, dried chiles, chocolate, and peanuts.

Chocolate Streusel Cake

The menu is available to anyone dining in the restaurant during dinner hours on 12/21/12, although there are a limited number available! The cost is $35 per order (not including tax and gratuity). If you call in a reservation for the evening, you can reserve this dinner as well!

UPDATE: We’re giving away a free La Fin du Monde glass to those who order an End of the World menu and a bottle of La Fin du Monde!
