Line Cook

Must be an experienced and self-motivated professional. Attention to detail, punctuality, reliability, and evening and weekend availability required.  Must enjoy working as a team. Serve Safe certified preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
  • Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
  • Handles, stores and rotates all products properly.
  • Tracks and reports any food waste.
  • Assists in food prep.
  • Opens and/or closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for kitchen stations
  • Performs related duties such as helping to wash dishes as needed, cleaning and helping with other projects as assigned by the Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
