Our bacon lovers have been counting the minutes to the Söntés mouth-watering multi-course Bacon Dinner. It’s finally here! On January 25, Chef Trevor is serving up six mouth-watering bacon courses along with three bacon-spiked cocktails from Darrell to satiate your bacon need.

Chef let his bacon creativity fly with smoked, cubed, scallop-wrapped, and chocolated bacon, proving once again that it’s not just for breakfast anymore. He’s pairing bacon with sweet quince paste, savory crepe, creamy avocado, bright cherry, even truffle to delight your senses and put your pleasure sensors into high gear. See for yourself:

Trio of Bacon
pancetta and quince paste sandwich, lamb bacon lardon and brioche, bacon “ceviche” stuffed avocado

Scallop Wrapped Bacon
with watermelon radish foam and tomato puree

Poached Egg and Sweet Lomo
served with a savory crepe, frisee and smoked hollandaise

Asparagus and Crispy Pancetta Salad
served with sieved egg yolks, truffled egg whites and potato

Date and Goat Cheese Stuffed Pork Loin Wrapped in Nueske’s Bacon
served with duck yolk mashed potatoes, local vegetables and finished with bacon demi

Bacon-Jam-Filled Chocolate Cake
served with chocolate covered bacon and sweet cherries
