Israel! The heartland of the world, birthplace of three major religions, and home to appreciation of the freshest Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients. This land is the inspiration behind Chef Trevor’s newest wine dinner, to be held Saturday, March 22 at 6 p.m.
Paired with Chef’s six courses, we’ll be featuring the wines of Golan Heights, whose vineyards extend into the Upper Galilee region of Israel and whose wine-making tradition includes five winemakers: three women and two men.
Enjoy for yourself the food steeped in tradition of a few thousand years:
Israeli Menu
Marinated Olives
Hummus with crispy chick peas and parsley
Lamb Shwarma served with a traditional salad, pickles, tahini and pita
Falafel served with red onion aioli and pita
Shakshuka served with chick pea cake
Baklava
served with sahlab
The cost is $60 per person (tax and gratuity are additional). To reserve your place at the table, please call us at 507.292.1628.
